Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 17.12.2010 (Annexure P-13), passed by the Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sonepat, dismissing the application under Order 21 Rule 32 CPC, moved by the petitioners-decree holders, on the ground that decree is inexecutable.
Neither in the judgment and decree dated 16.10.1992 nor in the compromise, it has been mentioned as to for which part of the land, petitioners were conferred right of ownership.
No grounds to interfere.
Dismissed.
