Present petition is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No.2 dated 13.4.2010 under Sections 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, Police Station Balongi, District Mohali.
Record reveals that in the matter charges have already been framed and prosecution witnesses have already been summoned for 12.2.2011 and some of the prosecution witnesses are summoned for 15.2.2011. Narinder Singh has received firearm injury.
In the opinion of this Court, enlarging the petitioner on bail before the statement of the injured and complainant would not be safe.
Dismissed at this stage.
