Present petition is moved seeking regular bail in case FIR No.123 dated 12.9.2010 under Sections 379, 411, 420, 413, 414, 465, 468, 471, 473, 170 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
Petitioner was found in possession of stolen articles when he was going from Khamano to Patiala and Rajpura for selling stolen articles in I-10 car. On checking, the car was also found to be stolen and forged number plate was found displayed on the stolen car. Not only this, petitioner was found keeping red light on the top of the car. Petitioner was also found in possession of the fake identity card of the CBI officer.
Considering the gravity of the offence, petition is dismissed.
