This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of Complaint no.88 dated 19.11.2008 titled as M/s Shivani Textiles Limited vs. M/s Divayanshu Knit Feb. under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and summoning order dated 19.11.2008 and its subsequent proceedings pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rewari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been compromised. Accordingly, he prays to withdraw the present petition.
