The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in complaint No.115/1, dated 7.8.2007, titled as `Satbir Singh vs Inderjeet', filed under Sections 307/34 of the IPC, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of JMIC, Jhajjar.
Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the occurrence is of the year 2006 and that the petitioner was originally exonerated and now has been summoned in a private complaint.
I have heard counsel for the parties, as also the complainant who is present in person. In my opinion, the petitioner deserves the concession of anticipatory bail. Consequently, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court within two weeks whereupon, he shall be released on bail by the trial Court to its satisfaction.
