The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.26, dated 3.2.2011, registered under Section 392 of the IPC, at Police Station City Dadri.
Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh, has stated that in terms of the order dated 29.9.2011, the petitioner appeared on 7.10.2011 but the complainant did not identify him.
In these circumstances, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Consequently, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail by the
