The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.124, dated 14.7.2011, registered under Section 420 of the IPC and Sections 102, 103 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999, at Police Station Division No.1, Jalandhar.
Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from HC Resham Lal, states that a petition for cancellation of bail has been filed.
In these circumstances, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Consequently, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Investigating Officer to his satisfaction subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
