This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.171 dated 16.12.2010 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act at P.S. Dhanaula, Barnala.
On instructions from H.C. Chattar Singh learned Deputy Advocate General has stated that the entire prosecution evidence have been concluded and the matter is now fixed for 10.10.2011.
In this view of the matter, I find no reason to grant the relief claimed in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
