After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would surrender before the learned Trial Court in case his bail application, if so filed before the learned Trial Court, may be ordered to be decided on the same day.
Without making any observation on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court that in case of surrender by the petitioner, his bail application, if so filed, shall be decided on the same day in accordance with law.
