This is an application for regular bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 75 dated 4.4.2011 under Sections 382/34 IPC read with Section 25 of the Arms Act ( Secretions 412, 489 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Civil Line Patiala, District Patiala.
Learned counsel has argued that the main accused in this case is Dinesh Kumar who has since been released on bail by order Annexure P-2 and that the petitioner has been in custody since 04.05.2011. Learned
AAG, on instructions from ASI Gurjit Singh, has accepted this fact.
In the circumstances, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed.
