The present petition is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against respondent No.4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that Annexure P-1 addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, in which, it has been alleged that she is being harassed by respondent No.4-Gurcharan Singh in the context of a sham marriage.
End of justice would met if direction is issued to respondent No.2.
Hence, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to pass an appropriate order on the representation (Annexure P-1) moved before him within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
