Mr. R.S. Pathania, Advocate, is present in Court and states that on account of matrimonial disputes, the FIR came to be lodged. The disputes have been settled by way of compromise. Petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has already been filed because the parties have decided to part ways, however, in an amicable settlement.
