The petitioner was granted the concession of interim temporary bail vide order dated 16.8.2011. No adverse report has been received against the petitioner of having committed the offence of snatching.
The petition is allowed and order dated 18.7.2011 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail during pendency of the trial subject to her furnishing bail bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court with an additional condition that she will not commit the similar offence, of which she is accused of, during pendency of the trial.
