Learned counsel appearing for UT, Chandigarh submits that the matter was inquired into and respondent No.4 was found owner of the house in dispute and the petitioner has failed to produce any documentary proof to show his right over the property in dispute.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not controverted the contention raised by learned counsel for UT, Chandigarh.
In view of the statements made by counsel for the parties, no direction can be issued.
Petition is dismissed accordingly.
