has been dismissed. The case of the petitioner is at par with that of Bhup Singh. No ground is made out to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner.
The petition is dismissed.
Counsel for the petitioner at this stage informs that the daughter of the petitioner has expired on 03.07.2011 and that he may be granted interim temporary bail for performing last rites.
Petitioner is at liberty to file a separate petition for seeking temporary bail.
