Petitioner along with Neeraj and Mohit had taken a sum of Rs.5 lacs from the complainant for getting the work permit in Singapore for complainant but the complainant had returned from Malaysia.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main allegations are against the co-accused of having received money and that the petitioner is working as Peon. He being related to brother-in-law (Jija) of the other co-accused has been implicated in the case as such co-accused has not been arrested till date.
Without expression of any opinion, it is sufficient to observe that petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 9.02.2011. Connivance of the petitioner with his co-accused will be debatable during trial. The trial is likely to take a long time.
Without expression of any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
