This is a petition seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 180 dated 22.07.2009, under Sections 21, 22, 23, 25 of the NDPS Act and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, assisted by Mr. R.S.Athwal, Advocate, states that co-accused Balbir Singh had already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide

order dated 02.02.2011. Photocopy of the order passed in the case of Balbir Singh vs. State of Punjab, Crl. Misc. No. M-17180 of 2010, decided on 02.02.2011 is handed over in the Court, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, state that case of the petitioner is identical to the case of Balbir Singh coaccused.
Considering totality of the facts and
circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
