Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of order dated 19.5.2011.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions received from ASI Jagdish Chander, accepts the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner. He, however, submits that some gold ornaments are yet to be recovered but he has also submitted that except for giving the list of the gold ornaments there is no proof submitted by the complainant of the gold ornaments having been handed over to the petitioner.
Be that as it may, since all other dowry articles have already been recovered, the order dated 19.5.2011 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions already contained therein.
Petition is disposed of.
