This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction for through investigation into FIR No. 46 dated 19.08.2010 registered under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Phul, District Bathinda.
At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dilbag Singh, who is present in court, submits that investigation in the matter has been completed and final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. is likely to be filed before the competent court of jurisdiction shortly.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, it appears that no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.
Disposed of.
