This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 302 dated 11.04.2011 under Sections 323/436/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has now been in custody in this case for almost four months and trial is not likely to conclude in near future.
On instructions from ASI Surat Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana has accepted this factual assertion.
In this view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to allow bail to the petitioner to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
Ordered accordingly.
