This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 for providing adequate security and protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8 and further not to harass and interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners do not require any protection.
In view of this fact, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal miscellaneous petition.
In case the petitioners need any protection, they can approach before the authorities as per the instructions dated 10.8.2010 issued by the Home Department, Punjab.
