After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw this petition but, states that petitioners shall surrender before the learned trial Court and a direction be issued to the learned trial Court to decide the bail application expeditiously.
In my opinion, it is a fair request and it is directed that in case, the petitioners surrender before the learned trial Court, their application for bail shall be considered expeditiously, in any case within three days.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
