Petitioner Raman Kumar as a member of an unlawful assembly, armed with sword, had allegedly attacked Sahil, brother of the complainant resulting in his death on account of gun shot injury which is attributed to co-accused Pankaj. Satinderpal Singh PW.1, injured witness has already appeared in the Court. The petitioner has been attributed only Lalkara. No injury is attributed to the petitioner and similarly circumstanced co-accused namely Rinka, Lucky and Ajay Kumar have been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court.
