The petitioners have allegedly made an attempt to forcibly occupy the share of their land. As per the FIR, the names of the petitioners are not mentioned in it. The offence under Section 447 of the Indian Penal Code is bailable.
Pursuant to orders dated 19.05.2011, the petitioners have furnished the affidavits that they will not make an attempt to take the possession by illegal means and would take possession as per the procedure of law.
Allowed.
Petitioners will be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Investigating officer subject to the condition that the petitioners will appear before the Investigating officer as and when required; they will not make any effort to tamper with the evidence in any manner; they will not commit similar offence of which they are accused of during the pendency of the case.
