kirpan'. Sohan Singh, co-accused of the petitioner was also attributed an injury on the head of Balwinder Singh with a kirpan'. He has already been granted bail by M.M.S.Bedi, J. vide order dated October 11th , 2010. The petitioner is behind bars for the last more than one year and seven months.Disposed of.
