In this regard, he has placed before me a certified copy of the order dated 21.8.2010 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar, which is kept on record.
The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the complaint titled Ashwani Kumar Vs. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Since the complaint has already been withdrawn by the respondent, the present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
