The petitioner prays for transfer from Central Jail, Hisar to District Jail, Sirsa.
Reply has been filed, from which it appears that Director General of Prisons, Haryana, Panchkula, has considered the prayer of the petitioner. The application of the petitioner for shifting to District Jail, Sirsa could not be allowed because there is already over-crowding in District Jail, Sirsa.
In view of the stand of the respondent-State, no ground for interference is made out.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
Let the decision be conveyed to the petitioner, who is
in Jail.
