The petitioner has been declared proclaimed
offender. He has, accordingly, filed this petition challenging the said order.
This Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and on his doing so, had directed the Court to release him on regular bail. The petitioner has appeared and has been released on regular bail. Trial is in progress.
No further orders need to be passed in this case. The present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
