This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and his family members are not being allowed to enter the village and their water and electricity connections have been disrupted. Thus, appropriate direction be issued to the respondents.
Learned State counsel, however, points out that there is no danger to the life and liberty of the petitioner. While referring to reply filed by the State, he submits that petitioner and his family members have not been boycotted by the village Panchayat and their water and electricity connections are intact.
In view of statement made by the State counsel and the

stand taken in the reply filed by the State, it appears that no cause of
action survives in this petition. Thus, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
