Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar, who is present in court, submits that during the pendency of this petition, a cancellation report has been submitted by the investigating agency before the competent court of jurisdiction. According to him, the present petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous.
No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner to controvert the aforesaid contention.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel and the fact that a cancellation report has been submitted in the case, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
