Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an application for detachment of the property, which is likely to utilize for making the compromise with the respondent is fixed for 11.5.2011 before the trial Court at Delhi.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate application for exemption from personal appearance before the Court concerned and the same shall be disposed of within a period of one week. Exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner is exempted for today only.
