The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of Shivraj singh for transfer of investigation of case FIR No. 215 dated 27.12.2009 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Sadar, District Muktsar to some independent agency.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that out of four accused, two have been exonerated and after challan, charges against two accused have been framed and now the case is fixed for recording the statements of prosecution witnesses.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-State, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail an alternative remedy.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
