This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a cross-version case registered against the petitioners under sections 323,324,427,452,341, 506,148,149, 458,482 IPC in main case bearing FIR No.75 dated 30.6.2010 under sections 447,452,323,427,379,148,149 IPC, police station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar.
Learned State counsel (on instructions from ASIGurinder Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 20.04.2011, the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 20.04.2011 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
