By filing this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, petitioners seek quashing of First Information Report No.32 dated March 12th , 2011, under Sections 307, 324 and 506/120-B of Indian Penal Code, Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).
Paramjit Kaur-respondent No.2 (complainantinjured), present in person, has made a statement at bar that she does not want to compromise the matter.
In face of it, learned counsel for the petitioners has urged that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
It is ordered accordingly.
