This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C.
seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under sections 379,411,472 IPC vide FIR No.03 dated 15.1.2011 at police station Division No.1, Pathankot, District Gurdaspur.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to petitioner to surrender before the trial court and seek regular bail.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
In case the petitioner surrenders before the
trial court within a week from today and applies for regular bail, his plea shall be decided within three days thereafter.
