This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners as they have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 7.
Learned State counsel submits at the outset that adequate security has already been provided to the petitioners. He has referred to reply by way of affidavit of Saurabh Singh, Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no cause of action survives in this petition. Thus, no orders are required to be passed in this case. Disposed of.
