This is a petition under section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking interim bail in a case registered against the petitioner under sections 323,324,325,326,341,148,149 IPC vide FIR No.271 dated 28.12.2010 at police station K.U.K., District Kurukshetra, on the ground that petitioner has to appear for B.A.II examinations scheduled to be held from 6.4.2011 to 4.5.2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only two exams of the petitioner are yet to be held.
In view of the fact that exams are stated to have commenced from 6.4.2011 and present petition has been filed today i.e. 20.4.2011, same is misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
