This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners under Sections 353/186/342/506/148/149 IPC at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar vide FIR No. 123 dated 07.09.2009.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that vide order dated 11.10.2010 a cancellation report was submitted in the case who was accepted by the court. He submits that petitioners have apprehension that they may be arrested in the case.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuljit Singh, who is present in court, submits that there is no proposal to arrest the petitioners as of now.
In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.
Disposed of.
