By filing this petition, petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to submit report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in case bearing First Information Report No.68 dated January 28th , 2006 under Sections 406,420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station City, Panipat.
State has filed reply pleading that during investigation complaint filed by Sangeeta was found to be false and prosecution has already filed the report for cancellation of the case before the Area Magistrate.
In this view of the matter, no action is called for.
Dismissed.
