Krishan Kumar Vs State of Haryana and Ors.

This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to the respondents for taking action by arresting the accused and others in case FIR No.78 dated 19.02.2011 under Sections 148, 149, 307, 324 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal.

The limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR was registered way back on 19.02.2011. In spite of that, the matter has not been investigated as yet and no final report has been submitted.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation and submit its final report in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the receipt of a copy of this order.
