This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner under sections 306/34 IPC vide FIR No.200 dated 3.9.2009 at police station Division No.7, District Ludhaina.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the investigating agency/trial court within 10 days from today.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
