This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 192 dated 28.03.2011 under Sections 454/380/448/506/34 IPC and under Section 3(v) of SC/ST Act at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the investigating agency/trial court and seek regular bail.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
It is, however, directed that in case petitioner surrenders before the trial court within a week from today and applies for regular bail, his plea shall be decided expeditiously.
