This is forth bail petition of the petitioner. Previous bail petition was decided on merits vide order dated 20.01.2011 passed in CRM No. M-30576 of 2010.
The petitioner has knocked the doors of Hon'ble Apex Court vide CRLMP No. 17537 of 2010 and vide order dated 25.08.2010, the petition was dismissed.
So, no ground for grant of regular bail is made out. Dismissed.
