Surjit Singh – petitioner has applied for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 125 dated 29.11.2010 under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Nehyian Wala, Bathinda.
As per allegation of the prosecution, petitioner gave injury on the hand of the complainant, which injury was declared simple in nature. The injury dangerous to life has been attributed to nonapplicant Jagsir Singh with a Barcha on the stomach. 4 injuries are stated to have been given to the complainant, one injury was dangerous to life, whereas remaining injuries were simple in nature.
The petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2010. The trial is not likely to be concluded at an early date.
So, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
