This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a complaint case registered against the petitioner under sections 420/380/504/506/120-B IPC bearing No.212/27.9.2008 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ambala Cantt.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to petitioner to appear before the trial court and seek regular bail.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
In case the petitioner appears before the trial court within 10 days from today and applies for regular bail, her plea shall be decided within a week thereafter. Arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed till the decision of the bail application.
