The tenant is in revision against the concurrent findings
recorded by both the Authorities below whereby the learned Rent Controller, Amritsar vide judgment dated 3.8.2005 has ordered the eviction of the tenant from the demised premises on the grounds of non-payment of arrears of rent and personal necessity of the landlord for their sons and the findings have been affirmed by the learned Appellate Authority, Amritsar, vide judgment dated 30.7.2011.
Today is the 4th occasion out of 5 dates of hearing, when
none has appeared for the petitioner-tenant to argue the matter.
On the other occasion, adjournment was sought to address
arguments, however, the matter has not been argued so far.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
