This petition assails the order dated 21.09.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Sirsa, dismissing the appeal preferred by the plaintiff-petitioner (hereinafter referred as 'the petitioner') against the order dated 08.10.2009 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sirsa, dismissing his application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC.
Having perused the impugned orders, both the Courts below appear to have rightly come to the conclusion while holding that there is no prima facie case for grant of injunction in favour of the petitioner and declined his application.
No grounds to interfere.
