CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present: Mr. Jai Bhagwan, Advocate for the petitioner.
JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL)
By filing the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for setting aside the impugned order dated 3.10.2009 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Sangrur whereby an application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC of the respondents-plaintiffs has been allowed.
On 19.11.2010, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had stated that the matter had been settled and time was sought to place on record the requisite compromise.
At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that though written compromise could not be placed on record but he agrees that the matter has been compromised.
In view of the fact that the matter has been compromised, present petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
