Tenant has filed the present petition under Section 15(5) of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949 assailing the order dated 05.10.2011 (P.3) passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Sangrur whereby during the pendency of the appeal filed by the tenant against his eviction order dated 18.10.2010 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Dhuri the request for staying of the execution proceedings was declined.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant has brought to the notice of this Court that rent appeal already stands decided by the learned Appellate Authority, Sangrur, hence the present revision has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
