This is tenant's revision petition challenging the impugned order of eviction. Vide this application, a prayer has been made to dismiss this revision petition having become infructuous as the matter has been settled between the parties. The said application is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.
In view of the averments made, in the affidavit and the submission made, before this Court, this application is allowed and the main revision petition is taken on Board.
The revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn as the parties have settled the dispute.
